Left Foot
by: Ken

I found your site by googling "left foot + golf swing". The topic came up during yesterday's round. A low handicap friend of mine mentioned the left heel to one of our foursome. His reasoning for slightly lifting the heel was simply that it served as a great key in starting the downswing ... that it got the lower body involved early to avoid the armsy swings.

I tried it on the final tee box and hit my drive of the day. It felt right!
